Credit cards will be processed through PayPal. Setting up a PayPal account is not necessary. Just click on the button that says PayPal. You may ignore the space asking for a password if you use the QuickPay option.
Check or Money Order
We will gladly accept personal checks and money orders made payable to Ten Mile Creek Nursery. When payment is made by check or money order your order will be held until the check or money order has been processed. If you would like e-mail or phone confirmation of shipping please include contact information with your order. A printable order form is available in the Shopping Cart Check-out for your convenience. All orders placed on the Ten Mile Creek Nursery site are 100% secure. Credit card processing is handled through PayPal's secure server so no financial information is ever stored on our servers or in our offices.
SHIPPING and HANDLING
FREE SHIPPING on all orders of 4 or more lotus!
Lotus are harvested during winter dormancy and shipped bare root.
Please use the Requested Delivery Date Calendar found in the Shopping Cart. This calendar can be used to select the preferred week for shipping your order. It does NOT guarantee delivery on a certain date. When no date is selected your order will be processed as soon as tubers are available. Lotus roots will be shipped Monday-Wednesday by USPS Priority Mail.
Unless earlier shipping is requested, orders will be processed beginning in mid-March when chances of freezing have decreased but may be later depending upon your location. If you want to start your lotus inside or in a greenhouse you may request that your order be processed immediately but we will not be responsible for roots damaged by low temperatures if your order is mailed earlier than mid-March. TMCN only ships within the continental United States.

We do not recommend shipping to a P.O. Box and will not be responsible for roots shipped to a P.O. Box.
We will contact you if your state has other restrictions that may effect the shipping date of your order.
ORDER PROCESSING
After your order is placed you will receive an e-mail notification with a copy of your order and payment receipt.
In the unlikely event your selection is not available we reserve the right to substitute a lotus of the same size, flower color, and of equal or greater value unless otherwise noted on your order. If substitutions are not acceptable please check the “No Substitutions” box on the order form.
RETURNS
Ten Mile Creek Nursery is regularly inspected by the Alabama Department of Agriculture. We guarantee our lotus tubers will be shipped in healthy condition. We want all of our customers to be happy with their order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order we will gladly exchange it or refund your money. Lotus roots must be returned within 10 days of arrival in order to receive an exchange or refund.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
